History of Slacks

Founded over fifty years ago in Tansley near Matlock by Mr Ken Slack, the Company now occupies a substantial site on the Northern outskirts of Matlock, complete with purpose-built coach garage and maintenance workshop and an attractive Travel Information and Reservation Centre where visitors are always welcome.

Actively involved in all aspects of the business, including the day to day running of the Company, the Managing Director, Graham Slack and his wife Dorothy are totally committed to maintaining a long tradition of high quality service established over many years. In this commitment they are ably supported by a qualified, experienced dedicated team of managers, maintenance staff and drivers.
