One of the highlights of this tour will be the visit to Hever Castle and Gardens which was the childhood home of Anne Boleyn.
The castle has a history spanning over seven hundred years and is one of the most impressive examples of a Tudor home in England. We also include a scenic rail journey on the Kent and East Sussex Railway from Tenterden to Bodiam and an excursion to the Cathedral city of Canterbury.

Itinerary

Sunday: Travel to Kent with a stop for lunch on the way, arriving at the hotel late afternoon.
Monday: After breakfast we travel to the historic spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells, where we spend time before our afternoon visit to Hever Castle and Gardens.
Tuesday: This morning we head for the pretty town of Tenterden, famous for its bustling High Street with many independent shops and cafes, before we enjoy the scenic rail journey from Tenterden to Bodiam, where we re-join the coach to return to the hotel.
Wednesday: A full day excursion to Canterbury, take a stroll along the cobbled streets, maybe visit the magnificent Cathedral or just enjoy the atmosphere of this famous city.
Thursday: Return to Derbyshire with a stop for lunch on the way.
